Trillium Housing is pleased to announce the completion of the initial offering for the Trillium Housing Fund Limited Partnership (the “Trillium Housing Fund”) .  The private placement raised aggregate proceeds of $3,000,000.

The Trillium Housing Fund has been formed for the purpose of creating, developing, managing and investing in affordable housing properties, including but not limited to multi-unit residential housing or condominium properties located in Canada and for holding mortgages generated from such investment or disposition thereof, as well as activities related or ancillary thereto, with a view to increasing the stock of owned affordable housing in Canada.
